We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via registration, payment, or other direct contact from you. Credit card information is collected and encrypted by our eCommerce solution.
Hanna Wholesale personnel or any of its IT administrators do not have the capability to view credit card data. This information is encrypted with the highest form of security and once the transaction is successful this encrypted information is entirely erased from our system.
If you ever encounter an issue with a forgotten password and are unable to perform a password reset through the automated “Forget password?” link, you will need to contact us via email and we will assign a temporary password which you must change.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Additionally, we added extra security measures such as a ‘capcha’ field to verify it is a human logging on and not an automated program attempting to hack our website or your account.
Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us and your selected payment method in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
